To subscribe/access this service, customers can either:

• Daily plan: the user will be charged 80 Ks per day

The user can download and play UNLIMITED games as long as he/she is an active subscriber.

Home Page:
The home page of the GAMES CLUB is designed in a manner so as to give the user a bird’s eye view of the games that will be available to him. There are 2 different sections on the home page viz. Best Selling Games and HTML5 games. The games listed on the home page will be refreshed on a regular basis so as to provide the user access to the latest content always.

Since the system is able to identify the user’s handset, the user will be shown only those games which are compatible with his device and also will be able view count of games available for his handset on the home page.

The Menu Bar:
On the top left of the homepage, there is the menu bar which contains drop-down menus. Clicking this will display the mobile number of the user if the user is on MPT data.

In the menu bar the user can select the language of his/her choice:

The menu bar has a Subscription link from where the user can subscribe. The menu bar also contains the links of Terms & Conditions and FAQs.

Categories:
The entire catalogue of games will be made available to the user in the most appealing and logical manner. It will be sorted as per the category of the games available.

• Racing

For quick access, the different categories are also available on the home page through rotating banners displayed on the home page.

Game Description and game play pictures:
A complete description of the selected game is available before downloading a game. The user can refer to this and hence make an informed decision as to whether he would like to download the selected game.

Search:
There is a search bar at the top and bottom of each page. The user can search for his favorite games simply by entering the game name, genre, etc.

My Account:
As the name suggests, this has the details of the user’s current subscription status. For an existing subscriber, the subscription date and the renewal date is mentioned. It will also display a history of the games downloaded by him in the past. The list is in recent order starting from the latest game downloaded. There is no extra data charge for re-downloading of games. This helps to provide the same experience to the user when he/she has lost/switched handsets as long as he maintains the same number.

It also has an ‘Unsubscribe’ link in case the user wishes to stop using the subscription. User can unsubscribe from the service.

Unsubscribe:
There are 2 ways to unsubscribe:–

• Unsubscribe / Deactivating via SMS - User sends Unsubscribe keyword i.e. OFF to 8935 (Short Code). On successful deactivation user receives a confirmation SMS on their mobile number.

• Unsubscribe / Deactivating via Portal – User clicks Unsubscribe link in My Account section and get successfully unsubscribed from the services. On successful deactivation user receives a confirmation SMS on their mobile number.

Activation:

When a user goes into parking and comes to our home page of Games Club. We do not allow any content access but show a pop up - Your subscription is not valid due to low balance. Please top up you balance and subscribe again. "SUBSCRIBE BUTTON"

Renewal:
The subscription is renewed automatically till the user deactivates or the user is involuntarily removed from the system. MPT tries renewal attempts every day. If renewal fails then there is suspension period of 90 days. Suspension is managed by MPT. When a user goes into suspension and comes to our home page of Games club. We do not allow any content access but show a pop up - Your subscription is not valid due to low balance. Please top up you balance and subscribe again. "SUBSCRIBE BUTTON".

5. Where and how do I access Mobile games offered from Games Club on my mobile phone?
Go to website http://mm.gamesclub.mobi from your mobile browser (WAP / Services Browser) to browse the games available.
• You must have an internet connection (mobile data / Wi-Fi) on your smart / feature phone handset in order to access Mobile games from the Games Club, to download and play games.
• If your handset is not compatible, sample trigger message will be displayed on the screen: "Sorry, there are no compatible contents for your handset at this time. We are continuously adding new handsets so please visit us later."

6. Will I be charged for going to the Games Club URL?

• Weekly subscription will be active for 7 days.
• Monthly subscription will be active for 30 days.

At the end of the subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed.

12. If I have opted for the subscription option, how long does my subscription last?
Your subscription period will depend on the price plan period you have opted for – daily, weekly or monthly.

13. I get error 'Low Balance, Recharge and try again', what does this mean?
This message is displayed when you do not have sufficient balance in your account or your daily / weekly / monthly renewal has been unsuccessful.
